IAEA of United Nations has accused Qadir Khan as he was in relation with Government of SHAAM. they further said that they have obtained the proofs of letters from sources that shows the contacts of Sham government with Dr. Abdul Qadir Khan.
They said they have sent a letter to ShAM government officials but they didn't give any response in this case.
