- SPOT FIXING SCANDAL -

Pakistani Cricketers had convicted of match fixing scandal by Crown Court of London Tuesday.


There were total 12 jurors that were agreed in their decision that the both players were guilty of plan to cheat, but only 10 of 12 were finally agreed upon charges that Salman Butt and Mohammad Asif took money from match fixers to fix the match.
It must be noted that Mohammad Asif has already pleaded guilty of the charges and now the remaining are also sentenced as a guilty.
A famous Crown Prosecution Service lawyer talked to media and said the actions of these Mohammad Asif and Salman Butt as an international players went against everything that was expected from someone in their positions. They failed to take into account their fans of all ages and nationalities when deciding to abandon the values of sportsmanship so unreservedly. Now it is said by some lawyers that, Salman Butt, Mohammad Asif and Mohammad Aamir could be sentenced to jailed up to 7 years.
